Housing in the game - gets it better?

Yellow everyone,
Is the housing System getting better with the time, becourse all i see right now is the same boring island, every time i visit someone with lvl25 island. And i cant get into my house. An the Train i got for the preorder is standing around and do nothing.
I hoped to get something linke in Wildstar or in Elderscrolls online but this....

Is it getting better? do you can go inside your house? does the Island evolve with the workshop/Lab. Tier?

You get more and upgraded visitors, foraging esp higher tiers ... and decorations that provide boosts, but as far as going into houses not yet.

Food/dispatches for resources/workshop for making stuff ... All driven out of research, which all cross references back to Stronghold, building and character item levels.

it does not. the housing is a lie, it's only an extra thing you got to do everyday if you want the resources.
at most you can put stuff in your garden and affinity NPC.

It's more for farming resources and crafting consumables than anything. You can place structures and NPCs you seduce. That's about it. You can have a feast, too. (A buff that 10 people can pick up.)

No AFAIK. You will never be able to enter the actual house or meaningfully customize the stronghold. No idea why they skimped out on the player housing while simultaneously pushing it to be very important but here we are.
The best you can do is adding the rapport NPCs after you grind them for a month (or pay2rapport) or maybe some of the 90% adventure tome rewards. Even with all of these it'll still look nearly identical to every other stronghold.

Hi, I have a higher level stronghold and I pump about 256k worth of gold from it so far, I exchange it all out for blue crystals for pills, tradeskills etc all for stronghold improvements.

This is what mine looks like if it answers your questions
and yes you can build a house but it requires like 25 40 crystal per pieces.
you also get your own personal farming land to farm materials to make more stuff like battle potions etc. Your stronghold is very strong indeed when you level it and earn the rights.

I am close to opening up the seashore and other parts of the island to build more houses on. There are like a buncha other islands all over the place
