1. Relic items give always 10.000 points, except 2 of them which give 5.000 to one of the genders. So use them at 10000 and you won't lose anything.
2. Legendaries always give 2000 rapport, so use them whenever.
3. Purples can give up to 450 points at certain NPC. So you can consider if using them below it is worth it or if you want to check if any NPC gets more rep from them.
About which NPCs to max first, there are a few things to consider:
- some NPCs give items for cooking for Adventure Tome. If you want to max out adventure tome, do these first
- some of them give stat potions. Which are important if you want to max out mokokos or higher tier rapports (you need certain amount of kindness etc)
- some give unique rewards, like Crew for stronghold
- some of them, especially in later regions give quite a lot of gold
- there are also island tokens and giant hearts if you want to gather them faster
As stated, the Legendary and Relic ones don't matter who you give it too as they are set values for ALL npcs.
