how does second power pass work??

do i have to watch every cutscene and cinematic without skipping a single one from the MAIN story or for how long before i get a character boost from that one? and what happens if i skip once

Power Pass != Knowledge Transfer
You still have to level your alts to 50, it will just be way faster.

I've heard it's like a compressed story taking like 30 minutes, I think you can skip it on the second.

Wait.. The Powerpass is a premium Knowledge Transfer isnt it? Just like in the Beta? You'll boost a Char to 50 with 302 GS. Atleast thats what i thought it would be

Oh yeah right. Ive heard something about that. Youll have to do the important Story Scenraios like the Siege of Luteran. But well. Its better than leveling a full Char.

Oh wow. Its even written down in the Notes:

"The Adventurers Path can be started immediately after consuming the Power Pass on an alternative character.
This feature compresses the level 10 - 50 segment for an alternative character through a story told by Beatrice.
It will guide you on the essentials and progression, specific to your class, allowing you to re-live the content quickly through the new character.
Completing the Adventurers Path quest chain will equip your character with the gear appropriate for Vern content."
