Korean or Russian site to view models/ gear?

As title says, is this a thing?
I haven't played WoW in many years but I know there is an online model viewer for FFXIV.
Or at least to view all of the gear?

The only one I know of is this one https://lostarkive.com/model-viewer/ .
But it only has the founders pack ones.

Is she a playable character we don't have yet or just a NPC?
