For example if I was to queue for something on Regulus and you were to queue for the same thing on Ladon it would be possible for us to end up in the same group. Likewise if I was to make a group for something on the party board on Regulus you could find the same group listing on Ladon.
If someone who's played LA in another region could confirm if the game operates using channels or not I'd appreciate it.
Yep exactly. As long as you both are on servers in the same region, you'll be able to see each other's party listings and run things like raids and guardian bosses together.
