Can founder skins be dyed?

Im not aware of the lawmaker skin from gold pack but I've been informed the platin pack skins are *not* dyable

The Sorceress platinum pack skin is dyeable on RU server.

Not sure about NA/EU release. Waist up is the one we will get. Pants are different in this pictures.

most of the founder skins were made before the dye system was in place and never had the proper dye channels added after the fact to make them work with the interface. It would be nice if in a future update the developers would go back and make them able to be dyed since it's certainly a possibility.
