How to download?????

I bought a founders pack ( silver ) some months ago in steam and i cant download the game

i would think your game should still be in your downloads library. but maybe it wont appear untill it time for launch ? i think thats how they did the new world game.. when it was time to launch i saw my game listed as beta in my downloads library.

do you know what your access code is ? go to the above tabs: Games
then choose "activate product code. then follow instructions.

You should have "Lost Ark Closed Technical Beta" automatically added to your Steam library, note that it's a different entry to the usual "Lost Ark" you already have.

I used to have the option for Lost Ark Closed Beta on my games list, that disappeared and now I only have the official game with the March release date listed where the PLAY button should be. I'm hoping at noon when servers go up that a play button pops up because the code in the Amazon email I received said I already have that content installed on Steam.

Server's are up now, NA-East/EU came up an hour early, NA-West a few minutes ago.
