If i remember correctly, at least in the russian version, you couldn't change the Voiceacting. It may depend if Amazon got the License to use the Korean/Japan Voices in the West or not.

You cannot use those voice because they have been developed by different publisher for other regional release of the game. Smilegate did the KR Voices, PMang for Japan and Rumail (? not sure) for Russian. No version shares others version of voice over

You can probably do it with fan patches so no worries i guess.

It's not the translation that sucks, it's just that most voice actors are not as professional as those from Japan or Korea. They often lack emotions. But, before actually hearing the voice acting in beta, we really shouldn't judge yet lol.

Doing the same on FFXIV. In Lost Ark i'm so used to the Korean Voices that i find any other somewhat uncanny^^ But i fear Amazon will not go the extra mile to License the Voice Accting from other regions.

There was a patch in the early days for the RU version but was discontinued after a while as the clients got to different in each region.

Well you most probably can, if the diff. publishing studios co-operate OR some dev just does a private project, where you can inject sound files etc.

they alwasy voice translate the games or movies for no reason , most of people dont want that , and they lose money and time doing so, also the game/movie lose alot of emersion and soul

i already explained to you why, you won't get what you want. That's what happens with most KR/JP MMOs if the publisher puts the effort to do Voice over in localisation.

Particularly from what I played on alpha the translation was amazing.
