But they have their own servers? Not sure what you mean, exactly.

I did the same for Korean voices on Russian server. Each time they patched, even a 200kb patch, the client would re scan all the files and put back the Russian files. Considering they would emergency patch even 3x times a week, copy pasting every time was a nightmare and I gave up. Be ready for the same thing if you wanna change audio.

I mean... Why doesn't Korea service English language?
Because if they did it'd take away players from the other regions of which they don't have the rights to.

Nah. The logic in there was it's Lost Ark KR intended only for Korea so why bother having English on it. Same goes for JP and RU

Yeah so the logic would be EU/NA is intended only for EU/NA so why bother having Korean on it?
I'm not against the idea personally FYI, just don't quite understand the logic behind the question considering the other versions do the same.

It's more about if a person stays in said region, they're expected to read and understand the "main" language in that region. Now someone might say "but this language isn't supported and it's the main language in this region", this is something that might be limited by how much work has to go to into doing translations and/or voice overs (actually good voice overs).
So to simplify, if you're in Korea, you're expected to know Korean. It doesn't mean they don't understand English but the demand for it is very small. (Also hence the strict ip ban)

Yes and if the game is being released where korean is not the dominant language, there is little demand to have it in the game as well. I really dont know where you're going with this

It's just like how many Chinese and Japanese MMORPG and mobile games release oversea without their native language. I completely understand your frustration, as it has haunted me for a long time. Now I speak and read English with no problem so I stop caring. :P
