Amazon Games will be publishing Lost Ark in the following regions:

Lost Ark will be available in North America and Europe.

This includes:

CANADA, MEXICO, UNITED STATES*, ALAND ISLANDS (FINLAND), ALBANIA, ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, FAROE ISLANDS (Denmark), FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GIBRALTAR (UK), GREECE, GUERNSEY (UK), HOLY SEE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN (UK), ITALY, JERSEY (UK), KOSOVO, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, MONACO, MNE, NORTH MACEDONIA, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SAN MARINO, SERBIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SVALBARD & JAN MAYEN (Norway), SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY, UNITED KINGDOM

*The Unites States does include support for:
Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands in the Caribbean Sea, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands in the North Pacific Ocean, and American Samoa in the South Pacific.

We provide Steam a list of approved regions and through the Steam platform sales and game accessibility are restricted to only those regions.

We understand there are additional regions that are excited and eager to play Lost Ark. However, the list above represents the regions that we have the publishing rights to. Thank you for understanding.

Just putting this out there, Australians need some love for all kinds of games ESPECIALLY for Lost Ark. I understand the contracts that you have to go through but, Australia is a major part of the western group, most of us play under NA/EU serves. Just leaving this comment for you to collect that OCEANIA is a region that needs to be available.

we don't have game publishers in Middle East, we play all games on EU version.
i don't see the point of blocking all these areas from accessing the game, a separate version for middle east for example will just fail and wont have enough players to keep it going.

Presently I cannot access this game on the steam store page but I can activate it with a Key.

I am not sure why there is a geo IP block, to me it doesn't make sense. I could fully understand not having publishing rights for certain regions sure.

But IP Geo Blocking countries makes no sense. They could simply put a disclaimer or a TOS stating that X Y AND Z countries are NOT supported which the user must agree to and after that just remove the Geo Block this way everybody can play the game at their own risk. This is how every developer sells their game on steam while avoiding any legal problems and allowing everybody to play. It has been the way for the PC gaming community since 10 years now and counting.

Please note the English Speaking Caribbean is part of North America region because the the submarine fiber internet backbone line runs on the ocean bed and terminates in Florida as its first international connection point therefore our lowest ping is in Florida, NOT Latin America since we do not have international peering agreements with Latin America.

The English Speaking Caribbean is considered the North America region specifically US EAST because internet packet routing is based on submarine fiber line and international peering agreements, NOT Geography. So I am unsure as to why we are blocked

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee support for players in Belgium and the Netherlands due to local regulations. Meaning Dutch and Belgian players cannot participate in the technical Alpha taking place from 06/11 to 06/16.
