Yeah its been on the KR and RU version so its not exclusive in that way, but it means exclusive to the plat founders packs

hopefully the make a video of the pet and mount and costumes, since they said they will show more of the lawmaker outfit since they only showed prints of it, so hopefully they just make a vid of everything in the one vid

The one in the Video is one of 3 Avatars that launched with Gunslinger, as someone else said its available on RU too so likely we will get it but its not the same one shown as coming in the founders pack, that is a different one of the 3.

Its also unclear even with the founders one if its as seen or if there is a colour choice. The one shown on the founders preview page https://www.playlostark.com/en-us/news/articles/founders-pack-showcase actually comes in 3 colour combos in KR too
