Captain quack already linked a vid. but info about other classes you can easy find on youtube.. Sywo for example has alote of guides and vids on them...
Striker main is spec + crit and main build is using his identity, so you build up and then use the big orb skills , less agile because not using agility , but striker has more active cooldowns to use and less for wardancer because they have 2 buffs and a tick overtime ability that surrounds your body for like 30 secs which is almost constant
So they both play a bit differently, it's best to watch some videos and find out which type of play you like and engravings will also be different too
Striker is more PVP oriented from what I've seen. But that doesn't mean Wardencer is not good in PVP.
+1. There is some meta however overall all classes are close to each other in performance and it's mostly up to person skill. Arcana is a good example of strong class in the right hands but often considered mid or below coz played badly and failing right positioning and stacking significally lower outcome.
I have in mind to make one of these two, but my problem was: animations and sounds, wardancer wins to much for me, especially with the triple kick. But Striker have clearly good ultis.
So thats why i was asking it to veterans of the class, bc depending on the "focus idea" of each one might help to decide.
Play with both until level 30 , at that point you will be able to test all the skills of that class. But don't make up your mind solely on couple of skills. Check their appearance , cosmetics etc.
Striker Ulti is fast to cast thats why it's better for PVP. Wardencer Ulti takes time to do the dmg so people get away from it.
Wardencer has a constant aura that ticks enemies and fills your gauge to cast dmg dealer skills. I don't know if Striker has something like that but that skill is great to have.
