I am creating this thread in order to tell you that the community wants you to pass our discontent to the Amazon Games team.

I'm not asking you for new information because I know you can't give it. I just want to know that you read this and that you really tell Amazon Games what the community has to say. If you see the forums you will know that the vast majority of the community supports this request.

We don't want to complain about not have a date. We complain about the absolute silence but it is not the most important thing... We complained about the marketing difference between "New World" and "Lost Ark".

"New world" has had a long beta and is going to have a new one. "New world" has had television commercials in some countries and today it has been published in the gamescom. "New world" twitter is alive...

And "Lost Ark"? Nothing.

The community is angry with Amazon games and begins to hate "New World" for these differences.



We need to know that all these complaints reach Amazon games and that they listen to us.

Well,considering that they are so called AGS spoke persons , they actually should collect data and pass it over to the people who are responsible for their replies in these threads.
Hopefully they will hear the community out and start moving towards us, but what do you exactly expect from AGS in terms of communicating with the community tho ? It feels like AGS has nothing to say because SG is not giving them anything - Its a speculation but has a possibility.

1st: I'm pretty sure he does.
2nd: "vast majority" is just the loud part. There are also a lot of fans just waiting patiently. (Mostly the older ones who remeber days when it was not a given to get information that easy.) The thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/1599340/discussions/0/3035976838039263610/ is a good example.

Hey, I definitely hear you, and this has been raised so that our teams are aware. You are completely in the right to be discontented, frustrated, and even upset by the quietness that has recently surrounded Lost Ark.

I know my words here will ring empty until we can show instead of tell, but we have been hashing out a plan to provide consistent content and updates as we move ahead to prevent this in the future. It has certainly been a rocky start, and I don't expect this comment to even begin to patch things up, but I want to acknowledge this shortcoming fully. When we hit the ground running, please hold us to a high standard so that we can keep improving.

What's the point of not showing the game even without dates on Gamescom which was the last big show to reach high audience? There are still many people who don't know about Lost Ark and many people who knows the game but that it's coming to west.

Keep saying New World is not affecting Lost Ark, not believing that anymore...

No need to bash on Roxx about this situation we are in. He is just an Amazon employee who is doing what he has been told. You will not get answers for your questions from him because he does not allowed to say anything. I am pretty sure he already know beta and release dates that have been shared internally. Obviously, he need to be vague in his statements until New World releases.
