Broken SRN badge?

How to get it, all i got are the not broken ones.

Also, i still having difficulty finding the higher Les faucons. 1.3.0.9.

Ought to be the very low level ones that drop it. They're "green" fleets, so you'll have to engage in a bit of piracy. ie. Fly close and click the "rob" button when you click on their fleet portrait

Even the 4th one? Thought should ham on the bigger one?

If by 4th one you mean "4th SRN" than yes. Don't think of them as levels like progressing in difficulty, it's just a designation for a particular fleet. So they're in a specific area, but I forget where exactly the 4th SRN is. I think it's either the far north or the far south.

Thank you, just realised it is about the area.

you will found the 4th srn far on top of the map in the area you also can spawn the samarkand battlecruiser if you attack the plowell something rebells.
start with patrols or supply there is also a commisionshop only for the 4srn tokens in addition for the brotherhood quest i need to refind the 2nd srn only.
