Les Faucons refuse to show up

Trying to do the Firefort city commission on two different save games, and I can't get pristine Les Faucons trophies. Les Faucons will disappear for hours, before finally showing up with like, a strength 11 fleet. I blow it up, they mostly vanish until a strength 4 fleet shows up. I blow it up, and then they just completely vanish for hours again.

Greetings! With this “Procrustean Bed of Scenario” I was not given a quest for a commission in Firefort City for so long that I caught these pirates with a very large reserve. Below is a screenshot after completing the quest.

Happened for me too but I think they are not showing up because I started hunting everything and 2nd Navy hunters are showing up in the area instead now.

I am also confirming that the higher Les Faucons fleet after power 11 is unable to spawn.

Well. I killed all of them and they stopped showing up again....

They're appearing now, just relatively rarely Keep at it! I was able to get the four tokens needed for faction stores.
