Manufacturing Ships Question

I just collected all the parts for the Iron Drake at the main HQ and they all just disappeared from the storage and the queue for making it is showing up as missing parts.

I'm a little confused on if it is building or not. I don't see any ships added to anywhere and there is no queue. Did I mess up something or is this a bug?

Did you put all of those parts into the warehouse? Or they are still onboard your ships?

Into the warehouse. They all just "poofed" out of existance.

This just happened to me also. 30k worth of ship parts went poof while I was away.

I went to Pirnmill I think its called, the parts where in Silverbloom HQ warehouse. They were Mostly gone when I got back, but not all. And my warehouse was full of coal, and a novel that I didn't put there.
