where can i buy a Monarch Eagle or a Sparrowhawk? also, is it possible to capture a Jormungandr?

i tried to unlock commissions, but the only Battlecruiser and Cruisers i unlocked so far are :

leviathan (cruiser) : greenvale town
alpine alicorn (cruiser) : firefort city
vinician lioness (battle cruiser) : firefort city

most of the other town, just unlocks mana gryphons and other low tier ships.

is there a shop that sells monarch eagle and sparrowhawks?

as for jormungandr, i think this one is story-locked. but i was able to encounter one by aggroing civilians in aberdonia and the plower rebels (not crooked plower rebels) started sending their fleets against me.

jormungandr is a monster. i wanna catch it, but i'm unsure what's the probability of capture.

i've already fought tons of monarch eagles, sparrowhawks, etc.. but the highest tier ship i managed to capture are mana gryphons.

you need to advance main story until you get your own company.

different commissions have different requirements. sometimes you need to bring them items, most times you need to collect "trophies" which are dropped by specific enemies.

try to rob civilians like "banks" or teutons/joms or VIP ships or acolytes or fleets with the "shield" icon. (click on their name on the list on the right side and when you're close enough, click "rob" button)

turning them hostile will usually spawn enemy fleets to hunt you down. kill them and take trophies. (you will eventually fight heavy frigates, cruisers, battlecruisers)

the commissions i found so far :
* sunvale town : iirc, this is tied to one of the main quests given by agatha
* everspring town
* firefort city
* greenvale town
* laventum city
* laventum industrial yard
* emberglade garrison
* gambrian mountain fort : this one is tied to alistair quest
* gambrian deep mines
* dawn isles town

also : does anyone know if Les Faucons, Evergreen Queen, Plower Rebels, etc.. have their own commissions?
