Everspring Fort Commision Quest Problem

as the title said, I got problem finding "New Veridian Republic Navy Defender" Fleet to get Trophy for commission quest, so anyone know where to find those npc???

Everspring Fort has a comission quest? I saw a comission shop, but it doesn't allow me entrance, even if i've finished the quest in everspring town.
As for NVR def, try the region near Firefort.

Indeed, as per the original post, 7th Aecerlian Royal Guard Commission License in Everspring Fort is requesting 1 x 32nd Defender trophy (2 stars), 3 x Les Faucon trophy (2 stars), 3 x Les faucon trophy (3 stars). You will get 7th Aecerlian Royal Guard provision authorisation.
What ship (rough area) drops this 32nd Defender trophy (2 stars) - blue color shield shaped item? Item description says it is dropped by 32nd New Veridian Republic Navy Defender.
FYR - i attacked a green fleet - Firefort logistic fleet - having a 32nd New Viridian Republic Navy defender Capitain but it didn't drop any trophy, only the mark.

If I remember correctly, around Firefort you can find NVR friendly fleets (look at the icon below the fleet description). Engage and it will spawn punitive fleets, the 34k power fleet will give you the trophy .
I was engaging every faction to try their strength, just for fun.

indeed, just found one (35 firepower) but no drop. in contrast, pirates drop all the time.

i dont think they drop everytime... i see the same while i was hunting the coil peoples .. the lv 1 neutral ships dont always drops the broken coil trophy.

on discord somebody mentioned
"find and kill the yellow NVR fleet near fort broden, youll be attacked by NVR ships that should drop the trophy you need"

Hehehe, coincidentally this is exactly what i did, before reading yours. info is 100% accurate.
Yellow fleet dropped a pristine (3star) trophy and the subsequent fleet dropped the (2star) trophy for the quest. Thank you both.

At the Everspring Fort, check all the tabs.
For your reference, other forts may have such commission quest too.

some comission are unlock from doing the Main quest, so u need to clear that first
