does anyone have a full list of officers already in the game?

wiki says there's supposed to be "25+ playable NPC officers"

here's what i got so far :

*captain :
+nataniel : everspring town
+harold : arran town
+elise : dawn isles town

*gunner :
+rodrigo : starting companion
+helga : aberdonia town
+francine : segson observatory

*navigator :
+nuala : westerridge village (or somewhere around there or maybe arran town? i kinda forgot)

*engineer :
+olivier : sunvale town
+pierre : firefort city

*quartermaster
+gabriel : crossington town

So that's 22 permanent officers (23 if you include the bird, Stinky). If you also add the temporary Sigrund, that still leaves you short of the promised 25. Future content?

If you have the quest at top of screen click it. Itll open the act 1 to 10 progress bar. This bar is supposed to show what stage you at and which commisions and officers are available. Then you can explore or use the hr at sil hq to find em if unlocked

Yes. There are more officers on offer for each role than you can outfit in a fleet.

hmm we are missing a fourth navigator than had just got the quest to rescue the fourth engineer helmut within the mainquest and had no option to recruit that leonard a few day before need girgiona also even as my 3 bridges are full except for one navigator seat

I visited f.e Firefort City but no officer quest shows up.... what unlocks them? (story progression commison quests, bounty hunt quests? (just got the commanders company plaque)

ha have just found something so i can do a little spoiler.
during the mainquest a shieldmaden should join you as another quartermaster that will point you later to another rose quartermaster near some industrial yard that will need perfume to get promoted between the levels.
per pure random luck i was on my way to the headquarter to grab some forgotton stuff buried in the warhouse and westend manor something was the closed location which sold perfume and just before leaving the manor after buying perfume found a quest there assigned for the shieldmaiden and that will point me to firefort city for that leonard i guess.
i only had found pierre at that location last week before and was also wondering how to get leonard will found out very soon before going to sleep.
so just proceed the main quest.
hmm that quest is actually part of the questline for the shieldmaiden but the questline for leonard was also available late at firefort city found 2 red dots at that time.
