I don't bother actively hunting them but just do other stuff until I notice them pop up on the map and divert to snag them.
There really needs to be a better system than just hope they randomly spawn
The target, Wasteland Bandits has reportedly been attacking "Ice Convoy bound for the Ipswick Region", but their exact location is unknown.
I'm assuming if they're North of the Garrison, they must be up near the void or only spawn at certain times of the day.
Might give it a rest for a bit I think.
Based on this description, I'm thinking maybe you would need to fly from Bannach Peak (origin of the Ice) to.. Ipswick Mineral Springs, maybe?
I have already gone from Ipswick Town to Bannach Peak.
I'll confess I have yet to see any Ice Convoys.
We had travelled this area multiple times but the crew was immensely relieved once they found their target.
Thank you for the tip, Jay.
I suspect the description still needs more work. "Ice Convoy bound for <region>" is not enough. Where did it originate from? Was it heading toward a particular city? Even if you need to talk to someone to find out the route a missing ship took, that'd be fine.
I hope this feedback assists :)
After following the description, I changed my mind about the quests. It is quite clever.
They attack transports, who transport ice to ipswick.
