Need help finding npcs and fleets(spoiler)

The game became much better after version 1.1.1.0 released while some minor issues still remains.
The Chinese translation of 4th SRN commissioner was 3rd SRN commissioner in game and this is confusing. And I cant find the npc to unlock 3rd suthseg royal navy commission, there is a store in grambian mountain fort but there is no npc giving a unlock mission like other factions.
For faction store unlock missions, I cant find any fleet drops a broken 3rd SRN trophy in game. Please notice me if anyone found them. And anyone know where the Red sparrows and Plower Rebels(NOT crooked plower) can be find?

red sparrows and plower are part of the main story later. i did not fight them yet but they are mentioned in the quest. im shure for now will will see them later. cause i didnt fimd them on other places

The 3rd SRN Trophy is difficult to find, in the upcoming update, we're adding more of them to make it easier.

Got 3rd from a perimeter patrol, didn't have 3rd in its name

to get plower rebels (non crooked) to appear you need to attack civilian ships of their faction.

just beware they have a level 80+ fleet that has two jormungandrs. you will lag.

you will encounter them in the north west of the map on the near the teutons
south from the tarland region

Can't find ANY 3rd SRN Troops. Been looking for like 6h now. If there's a console command or smth, I'm happy to use that at this point, because it's starting to get not fun.
