Dark Power question
Do dark power activate when not focusing a level?
From what i can observe at least the ball split and the magnet reduction dont seem to work wenever i am not looking at that specific level.

Is it something i am missing or is it intended?

They are always working. However, if you aren't on that level, none of the particle effects will happen, it's just an easy way to get better performance by not showing stuff on levels you don't see.

1. Are dark powerups global or per tower? If I have 3 Saws with enough balls in range and dark powerup with 60 seconds cooldown that splits a ball, then 3 balls will be split per minute or just one?

2. What does this 10% percentage in the beginning of effect for each power mean? When cooldown ends you have a 10% chance to activate it per hit or is it something different? How does it work with a saw or shrinking ray which have continuous attacks?

3. Bomb: "damage for all targets in range for 1.04x damage" - does it mean "splash range" or "range" here? So only targets that are hit by the shots or all balls around the tower are affected?

4. Shrink ray: "double the damage while on the same target once every 2 seconds up to 1.09x". So is it "double" (2x) or just increasing the damage up to 1.09x only?

Edit: ohh, just found out that you can click on those dark powerups to see a better explanation. So 2nd, 3rd and 4th questions are answered on those screens. Not sure about the first, but I believe that cooldown is separate for each tower of that type.

Each tower runs their own cooldown, so if you got 3 saw towers running, then 3 balls will get split every 60 seconds if there are 3 separate balls available to split

Sorry, want to clarify it a little more. I apparently don't understand the answer for the 2nd question that I thought I got from extra descriptions that I found.

Saw: In full tower description it says that there is 10% chance to split those balls. And then it mentions the cooldown. So in the example above with 3 balls and 60 seconds cooldown does it mean that after 60 seconds those 3 saws only have a 10% chance to split a ball in their range and even if they fail they go into cooldown or do they check for that chance again every second or something until they succeed to split and only then the ability goes on cooldown?

Shrink ray: every 2 seconds while targeting the same ball there is a 10% chance that it will double its damage (up to the cap defined by dark power). Is this correct?

Electric: in full description there are extra words "instead of losing" which are missing in short description. So it seems that Arc Damage 60% stats does not affect that boosted shot and it will have 1x, 1.15x, 1.15^2x, etc damage (at level 100 dark power) instead of 1x, 1*0.6*1.15x, 1*(0.6^2)*(1.15^2)x, etc. Is this correct? I think there is a mistake in full description, it should say "by 0.15% per dark power level" or by "0.0015 per dark power level" (as it is displayed in short description) instead of "by 0.15 per dark power level".

Acid (not related to dark power): If my tower has 20 damage and 1 second of splash it damages the targeted ball by 20 damage and creates an aoe for 1 second that damages any ball inside of it. How much damage that aoe does and how often that damage triggers?

I'd say you got the right idea, as far as I know the cooldown is a dice roll where 10% of the time the effect will happen for example every 2 seconds with the Shrink Ray.
