When Vagan and Killer Bean first fought (vagan had the rifle), Vagan shot through a wall, and killer bean (who did not see vagan at the time) dodged it. Given that bullets travel faster than sound, he would have to react visually. I gave this information to the bumbling novelty toy that is ChatGPT. Inferring its correct (which let’s be honest it probably ain’t), Killer Bean would have to visually process and react to the bullet in 0.04 seconds- almost a tenth of the average reaction time. Of course, he’s no average bean…

My favorite line in the movie was when he got fired and said “I may not be a shadow bean now, but I’ll be Killer Bean Forever” and the entire theater started cheering

Question for Jeff, when he exits crunch mode- will killer bean be able to dodge sniper bullets? I think maybe you can only perfect dodge them, or else they aren’t very dangerous at all if you know their timing. Unless they don’t have a laser, but… in a game with perma-death, it’s hard to draw the line between difficult and unfair. If ya do dodge one, maybe you should get an achievement, inferring it’s made any harder than other guns.

Yes, I think sniper bullets will be perfect dodgeble. Snipers will have a laser to show where they're aiming, and if you get hit with a sniper bullet, there is a small window of time to perfect dodge it. But waiting around to attempt perfect dodges will be risky, because sniper bullets will do high damage.
