Luxor not working for Windows 10

Starting the application the normal way by pressing play on steam does nothing. Literally nothing happens.

Opening the location where the .exe is located and clicking the .exe gives me a "steam.dll missing from your computer" error

This is my mothers account and is the only game she plays.

Help her out. :)

i bought this game for my mom too(this is her account) and her PC upgraded to win10 by itself and now she cant play the only game she likes ... i wonder if the dev actually care about this problem... I hope they do.

I wish they would make an update for windows 10 I just got it today during the sale sad not to see it working for windows 10 it was one of those old xp games I liked and now I can't even play it because of freaking OS update I guess this game is going outdated

I'm having the same issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and running the propertie files on it but nothing changed. I still cant play
