everyone is having the same is issue. It worked great on windows 10 and pervious versions of windows.. I think the company is seeking more $$ or there is a server issue.

probably Steam changed how technically the Steam.dll and Steam_api.dll work in the meanwhile... MumboJumbo gives no support, Steam say we have to ask MJ... but it's probably a Steam bug in the end that broke compatibility with some very old APIs

I try to write a e-mail to the game company/devs. maybe this help, to get a fix.

It was not easy, but I found a game site called: http://www.mumbojumbo.com/online-games
When you open there a ticket, than it is a different company called IWIN (iWin).
In the ticket request is Steam not listed, only different game sites. I requested anyway help for the problem with Reaxxion and Windows 10 here on Steam.
I found also not any direct Email contact to MumboJumbo company. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MumboJumbo

I find the solution:
Go in the directory of the game:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Luxor HD

On the "luxor_hd_x86.exe" right click -> properties -> Compatibility

Mode Windows 7
Color 16bits

On windows 10 64bits now its perfect
