Cant concoct Sunlight Potion?

I think there is a bug in the mission How to remove the giant prickly vines. You need the potion to clear the butterflies. I am currently trying to make the sunlight potion but its not in my encyclopaedia nor has anyone given the recipe for the potion to me? I don't have an option to create potions out of the ingredients without the potion. Please help I cannot advance in the story without it!

A recipe should have appeared in your inventory after reading a book about moonlight flower (the same one that gives you the quest). You need to use it.
If it did not appear then it is a bug.

I'm having the same issue, i need another sunlight potion to obtain some moonlinght flower, but i don't have the recipe, doesn't appear in the enciclopedia either, in the last section of the enciclopedia it only appears the moonlight potion recipe

You have to move forward in the quest-line. It's a "one time use" potion. Not one you get to keep indefinitely and make whenever you want. You only get to make it twice. Once in the first section of the game and once in the new update.

I have! It is not a bug, I was stuck too!

For those who are to make a second sunlight potion for the new area. Please make sure you visit the black cat god (daytime) to obtain the sacred water. He will ask for a 'gift'.

Speak to Enite, as she will tell you what gift to do (collect red flowers in the fallen mushroom inside). Once you have those flowers, Enite will make the gift so you can give it to the black god cat, and obtain the sacred water consequently.

After this Ellie will mention purchasing the sunlight potion so she can make the Moon tears. Hope this helps!

I started the game today and encountered this problem. I read about moonlight flower, had the conversation with the hat, the quest has appeared in the tab that I need to create a sunlight potion, but the recipe will not appear in the encyclopedia or the potion-brewing-menu. The bug is still happening.

Any suggestions?

You can buy the sunlight potion with Diane after "paying" her with the sacred water. (I got stuck too) (sorry if my english is bad, i'm not a fluent person).
