Wood plank to get to doll
So I'm in the Cloud Valley and I'm at the plank, I have the inflation potions (I've wasted three), and I cannot, for the life of me, connect a windsock to the plank. I've tried so many times and they just float away. Does the connector have to regenerate? Is it a glitch?

you connect the baloon FIRST. Then use the potion after it doesn't float

I've tried, my problem is that I can't get any balloons to connect TT

It was a glitch! I reloaded a save and it fixed itself :D
