Rubrum healing candy recipe?

I started playing again and i can't make rubrum healing candy cuz i don't have the recipe and i don't know what to do now

it should be in your inventory as a little scroll, you have to use it before the candy appears in your potion box.
edit: get used to doing this cause you have to do it for every potion recipe or item of furniture you get
