If it hadn't been for someone else posting it on another forum, i wouldn't even have known it existed. But it seems to do a great job of being an actual cheat mod.

A modding tool for Captain of Industry. It has a cheat menu that can be accessed via the F8 key or by clicking the right-most icon on your bottom toolbar.

Cheats

• Spawn any haulable product into your shipyard at specified quantities
  
• Turn any storage building into an infinite provider or deleter of products using the storage god mode tool
  
• Get free power
  
• Get free computing power
  
• Instant mode adds instant build, research, upgrade, spawning of vehicles and more
  
• Unlock all research
  
• Change vehicle cap
  
• Change weather
  
• Repair fleet and finish an in-progress fleet exploration command
  
• Add/remove population
  
• Add unity
  
• Disable maintenance
  
• Refill ground water/oil reserves

Most likely imcompatible versions then. Cross check what version your game is to what version is currently on steam and the mod v1.5.0 only being compatible to v0.4.4 of the game

I tried different versions, didn`t work, so i found another mod that worked instead.

After downloading the zip file it appears that i'm missing something in the instructions.
Step 3 - The extracted zip should result in a directory structure like %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Captain of Industry\Mods\CaptainOfCheats\CaptainOfCheats.dll. Fix your directory structure to look like this if it does not for any reason.

But there is no " CaptainOfCheats.dll " in the extracted folder?

It is possible to unlock researches such as Wheat Farming without actually finding the wheat seeds?

If you click the research All button, yes. Otherwise probably not.

If I click that option, it will auto research everything. I just wanted the locked researches to be unlocked.

You obviously didn't bother to read the first post close enough

Sorry, but I did ask this because the game still gives me an red error message when I try to start a new game while using your mod. Note that while it does so it won't allow me to create the newgame and return to the title screen.

Would be easier for you to just answer the question without behaving like a child? As a well conceived modder in Oxygen Not Included community, this is the sort of behavior that makes people hate you and everything you do. Don't worry, when comes the time for me to make my own mods for Captain of Industry, I will do better than you and threat users better than you.
