Rotate/Move Buildings

Currently if I want to rotate a built building, I have to demolish it. If I want to move it, I have to demolish it.

I'd like a "reposition" button that I can click, possibly in the UI of the building (or even a hotkey) that places a ghost of that building at my cursor (as if I was going to build it normally), then, when I plop it down, it gets 'demolished' (with items still in it) and rebuilt in the new location (with items still in it).

If I changed my mind, the original should stay - it should not be 'deleted' as what currently happens with the cut function (which I also find annoying).

This should also work in the very location the building was so that if we need to rotate the building, we can do that easily. You could go so far as to rotating a building if you hover over it and hit 'r', without penalty.

Basically, a function of cut, but that works on built structures.

Yes this would be helpful. Currently the cut option only works on items that are still ghosts.
Would be nice if the cut option always worked, and having a paste option that would allow you to reposition and place the items howerver you wanted.
