Trucks only unloading one type of cargo.

After the recent update, my trucks only unloads one type of cargo at a time, when using designated export routes. If the cargo is mixed at the excavator, they will drive to storage and only unload one type of cargo. Then return to the excavator with the second type of cargo still on the truck. Anyone else have this problem?

This sounds like there's no other place to drop that cargo. Can you check around and see if you have space to store that type of ore/dirt/rock? Make sure whatever storage you want it at also has truck import on!

There should be plenty of room in storage. Same setup I usually do. Sometimes they do unload at both storages (one coal, one dirt) at the same go. But most of the times, they unload ONLY coal or ONLY dirt. Then goes back to excavator with the remaining coal/dirt still in the truck.

Make sure you have either storage for the item. Or if it is something like dirt, rock or slag. Do you allow either dumping of the item on the global truck settings and have a designated dumping zone. Or if not allowed do you have a dumping zone set controlled by a mine control tower. Mine control towers must allow dumping of that item.

Yep. I have several dumpingzones on the map. Works fine for other trucks. And they do drop of dirt some of the times in storage. I can't really see a patern to when or why they unload one or another. Or sometimes both as the normally do...

I'm getting this bug too.

I'm an experienced player, so I know how to build an Adv. Logistics-based mining setup (I've opted to start a new game without the Ore Sorter). Yet now my trucks only deliver one type of content to the Loose Storage array, then they go back to the Excavator half full.

I think I also once saw a Pick-Up, that was assigned to Mining, drive over to deliver Coal to some other place, but not 100% sure about that one. It could have been driving away to refuel.

So there's definitely some kind of bug, when playing with Ore Sorter disabled.

Unfortunately, I play via GFN, so as far as I know, there's no way to retrieve my save file so I can share it.

Yes. Happens to me if you have the Ore Sorters disabled.
I think the mixed ores in truck thing, should be disabled when the Ore Sorters are disabled.
This bug started happening when the Ore Sorters building was first released.

I just resumed my old save after the 0.6.2 patch came out, and it's still happening.

Of coures, it's possible that if I un-assigned and re-assigned the Pick-Ups to the Mind Contorl Tower, it wouldn't happen. Or If I started over in a brand new game. Or if I did some kind of other tabula rasa'ish thing.

But frankly, playing Captain of Industry has always been a very, very bug-free experiennce for me, so this new bug that started happening to me some days ago, is extremely annoying, and my mood is to just take a loooong break from playing and come back and look in 10 days or 2 weeks, maybe, to see ifit's been fixed.

Okay, I fiddled around some, un-assigned the Pick-Ups from the Mind Control Tower, and cancelled all the Export routes from the Mind Control Tower to the Loose Storages. Then I re-assigned the Pick-Ups and re-created the Export routes, and now it's working.

Must have been some kind of bug in 0.6.1.

Nope, this is still happening.

I started a new game in 0.6.2, and it's there again, and un-assigning vehicles and routes did not fix it.

Can someome *not* using GFN please start a game with the Ore Sorter disabled, then wait for this to happen, then send in the save to MaFi?

It's not that I refuse to help, but I don't play *on* my own computer. I use my antigue desktop computer to play via GeForceNow on NVIDIA's servers, and so I can't download my saves to send in to MaFi.
