Each nuclear reactor uses 1 uranium rod every 60 seconds. Thats enough to power 6 high effencincy turbe II. which powers 4 generator II. which is enough low steam to power 3 low pressure turbines II. which power 2 more power generator II. and depleted steam goes into 3 large cooling towers to get back some water with priority on that return water.

1 electric assembly produces 2 uranium rods every 60 seconds. So theoretically it produces enough for 2 of the nuclear reactor setups. However I dont advise starting off with 2 reactors. just the one and stockpile some xtra rods incase there is every a hickup down the line.

4 enrichment plants are needs to operate that.

2 settling tanks producing yellow cake
1 setting tank producing HF

1 waste water treatment.

2 crushers

And you will need a level 4 uranium mine to supply that.

Dont start your reactor until rods start piling up outside. And then you will need to move the power level slider up to 3.
Wow a lot more needed than thought but the plus side that is a lot of power. Thanks for this and the pic as well. Will try to set this up again tomorrow. :)
Where comes all the water from you are needing for that thing ??

the reactor needs 288 every 60 seconds. the cooling towers give back 216 waste treatment gives back around 14. So you only need an additional 58 water.

it produces power at the same water consumption that boilers gives you. (although would have been nice if there was some sort of better effencency for using them, but like all things CoI no advantage for higher tech other then less manpower).

As for where I get the water I pull it from offshore. but even then I dont even use all that water. A max upgraded water well will produce 384 water every 60 seconds.
You could also plug thermal 32 desaltonators into the line. which would produce 480 water. if water was that much of an issue.

Should also mention in my first post that the info I posted was for 1 reactor, and enough resources to supply 2 reactors. Reactors have 4 stages, 0,1,2,3. So you could operate one reactor at stage 1. use only a 3rd of the generators, and a 3rd of the water. And only a sixth of the support structures. But I would not do that because of the giant swings from everything is ok, to ohh crap everything is shutting down because X is missing. Having all that xtra power just means one less thing for me to worry about.

The support things for making it was a little more than expected but needed to add additional on a few things. My generators and turbines was where i was wrong at. So will get those items fixed and get my first one running. Want to stat leaning off the tier 2 and 3 power and using way too much coal. Next big project is going to be trying to figure all this stuff for tier 3 electronics and all those things for it. Have not been able to get my head around that yet as it is very deep so it looks.

Thank You, your plan worked perfectly. 1 reactor running everything and have paused all my coal fired units for power.Paused all for a backup to the nuclear in case of a problem
