Help with waste sorting plant anyone? Bug?

I've been playing this for a while now and still can't figure out the sorting plant. It takes in recycling fine, sorts fine and has output in its inventory. However, there is an output port. It does NOT have an output arrow like other buildings do. If you connect a u-shaped conveyor, it says "not connected". Am I missing something, or is this a bug? I read that this last major release went from individual outputs to a single output so wondering if that has anything to do with this. Thanks!

As I understand it, you should be able to connect a U-Shaped Belt to the output port, although i've yet to progress that far myself in v0.5.

Note, though, that the Sorting Plant has *two* input ports, one for U-Shaped Belt and one for Flat Belt. So 3 ports in total. Perhaps that's the source of your confusion?

Um, it should output via U-Shaped just fine, then you use some sorters to dump them off to where you want them (right to the copper factory, into a storage for iron, then to glass, etc...).

If you don't that that output arrow, something's buggy.

As mentioned though, you put recycled, or compressed recycled, in on one side (Flag for compressed, U for loose) and the scrap comes out the other side.

Sorry guys, this was a "my dumb". The "end" was not properly connected. Conveyors don't move unless the belt has two connected ends.

That properto of Belts confuses many new players. Could the devs do more?
