So how you load a Custom Map?

How you load a Custom Map after you create it? I have create mine, saved, it is present on the folder, but the section for Custom Maps never appear in the maps selection in newgame. Am I missing something?

Click on New Game. Scroll the list of maps and your own map should be there below the standard maps. If you don't see it then the location where you've placed the map is probably incorrect. Custom maps should be in %APPDATA%\Captain of Industry\Maps.

Nope its not. And I can confirm that map is there because the game options allows me to see the folder. Its not working here.

Agreed, not working for me either. I don't see my map in the list at all. In Windows 11 the path is "C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Captain of Industry\Maps".

Make sure you publish the map in the editor (it's the paper airplane button in the top right). Non-published maps cannot be played.
