How to reset priority

I changed several buildings priorities and now I realise some of the buildings are not functioning as others have a higher priority and all my trucks are being utilised.

Is there a way I can reset the whole island priority back to 9/10 and then re-adjust priority on the buildings to ensure they are being served before the others to keep the island functioning?

I have thought about posting this myself. It would be nice to have a reset that had granular choices, but even a reset all to default would be helpful. Mine inevitably end up all over the place over time.
