Report a translation problem
Correction. It works but doesn't show it is running at level 9 speed anywhere. The display of the speed isn't there anymore. But the date does move a lot faster.
You can use set_sim_speed in the console as well if you want a visual confirmation.

Any chance to have the ability to adjust the number of cargo ships are available for purchase or salvaging? Seams no town has ships for sale nor are there more than 2 ships are available for salvage.
In the COIExtended mod you are intended to build them yourself with the new building.
If you want to just cheat them in, use the cheat menu or use console command add_cargo_ship
