1 fuel cell recovers to 0,8

1 fuel cell use enriches 1,2 blankeds
which boils down to 0,24 fuel cells

Total fuel cell: 0,04

This must be an error right?

FBR enriches slightly more fuel than it consumes, that was the goal.

That is the nature of fast neutron breeder reactors they literally create fuel. Read up on it! Very interesting.
