Dokumente -> Caiptn of Industry -> Mods einfügen.
C:\Benutzer\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\Caiptn of Industry
If you install the game on an alternative drive (so not the same drive as your Operating System (usually windows) you might run in the problem that games are actually located in THREE seperate locations.
Savegames are USUALLY located in your OS's folder (Documents)
GAME Settings are usually located in the GAME'S INSTALLATION FOLDER
MODS (and their settings) are usually located in the steam folder under the game's ID (you can obtain this by going to the store's page with url-display installed and copying the number in the adress-bar and looking for that in your steam folder).
Have you tried all 3 folders?
For example:
For Factorio (on my system)
* My Settings are found in D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio
* Mods need to be installed in C:\Users\<me>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods
* Saves are found in C:/Documents
Have you tried any of the directories according to your own setup ?
N.B. <Me> obviously refers to my own computers username so it's been labeled as this to not disclose my (pc's) identity
