Water flow in my mine
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2821258294

It haves no open point but maybe the upper corner to be enough ? If it fills up with seawater the copperressources disapear.

The questions:
1. Can i pump out the "seawater" ?
2. Are level 1 to deep for the ocean ?
3. go the seawater trough the refill parts ?

I'm happy to see the water is "physical", it open some interesting options (i need bridges, port walls ect ;) )

Edit 03.07.22 : Miniocean-Minekiller fixed in 0.4.7

Hum ... what a mess !

The leak happen in my opinion to where you have a ditch at the top of the picture. The sea level is 0 so when you dig at zero and you are close to the shore, it may have a possible leak. So to prevent a leak, a few retainer walls may hold the water as long the retainer is higher than level 0.

As to pump out the water, that I do not know, but it may be possible.

As for your problem, fix the leak by filling out. and try to pump out the water. You dont want to lose the mine.
given you have enough mountain deposits available next to it filling it up might be the easiest solution.
Try pumping out the water and let us know if it works!

i try it, ca 2 hours but i see no difference. sadly i don't see the waterlevel

thx for the answers and charity ;). most point i'm testing actually but it needs some time (and fuel^^) and hope someone have the same ideas and provocations. and they are some hiden ideas for the devs. maybe the engine its not intended in this directions (like beavercity watermills^^), i can life with it and take the game-wall if i understand it.
Finish the fill to stop more water leaking in first. Then let us know if you can pump out the water. Otherwise I think the only other option is to fill it in to sea level.

desertpunk3912 i have finished the landfill long ago (on top). I think it's not work because in this moment this is defined as ocean:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2821381187

And again: (ok in rl water flows trough sand^^)and on the left side you see the sand is higher then 1

Make some test with walls
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2821401140
First moment i think the wall hold back the water (i dig 1 depper as the wall in the middle)
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2821401193
But if i destroy the walls, no seawater comes in

Strange strange...

You're probably right, maybe water is coded to be there unless filled in. One problem I see with your pump setup is, the liquid dump can only handle 60 units/min and the pump pumps 120 units/min

Floating my big mine...
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2822362246
I have it : the bright green in the middle is the "ocean"
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2822362266
conclusion: first fill up the level in the near of the ocean to 1 before digging...
The ocean moving up and down, and in this little disruption you see this. dig down to 1 and THEN fill up to 1, so you delete the ocean. thx for your attention.

(sry for bad english, not my language, hope you understood anyway ;) )

for me it seems water flows definitly through sand. trying to pump it, but i also don't know it yet

The devs fix it long ago. It was a "mini-ocean" (pic3). And you can't pump out because it's not "physical water". First fill up with stone, that delete all the water and make a save wall.
