Tried a restart, didn't fix it.
2000+ colony dying, no coal, so no power, so no maintenance.
ED: Just noticed one of the trucks - in the coal pit - is assigned to my tree harvester. Is it related? The trucks that were travelling everywhere were heading up to the top tier of Curland, where I am harvesting the last of the trees.
ED: Yup, something is borked. Excavators are digging but doing nothing with a full bucket, then suddenly the bucket is empty as though a truck arrived with no truck there. Watched one excavator swing it's arm very slowly towards a truck, then stop and do nothing.
Image shows stuff in bucket, trucks not moving. Occasionally one gets a load and takes off but it's totally borked - yes, it's a still image, but these are all stationary.

I'd really appreciate it and it will help us figure out these issues faster! Thanks!
Started my save again this morning, game was still borked so nothing in recent patches fixed the issue retrospectively.
So I deleted the mining tower and recreated it. 10 minutes in, seems to have resolved the problem.
I went ahead and create a ticket anyways so the devs can check themselves that it's resolved. If you have any other issues please let me know!
