TOS NOT allowing language selection

Just tried to launch GOW after a few months away. Got greeted with a screen forcing me to accept 'something.' I say 'something' because the language selection is busted. It gives English as an option, but won't actually switch to English when selected. Toggling between the language options does nothing.

Not sure how legally they can enforce TOS if they present a broke version of it to the users. Just another day in 'we don't own anything land?'
