Randomly stops moving?

So... pretty much what the title says. The game is running flawlessly so far, but whenever I move forward for more than 5 seconds at a time, Kratos will randomly just... stop. I'd have to release the forward button and press it again to make him continue on.

I'm playing on kb+m

Anyone else have this issue?

EDIT: It's not just movement. Holding down the aim button for a longer period of time has the same effect, and also some inputs aren't being picked up from the get go, so I'm guessing it's something to do with keyboard inputs not being registered properly. This is the only game that's giving me this issue, though, so it's definitely not a faulty keyboard.

I tested GOW on my laptop and its doing same but this time input is lost on laptop keyboard. I used only laptop without anything plugged in. Touch pad and keyboard. Keyboard lose all inputs and i need to plug joystick to get controls back and exit game. Reboot laptop to bios so i can get inputs back. This game is broken on next level.

Desktop pc losing keyboard inputs (plug and unplug every 1 hour)
Laptop keyboard same as desktop( but need to boot into bios to get my laptop keyboard inputs back)

Its happening on laptop keyboard. Not only desktop game is broken for keyboard users

Any updates or game is still unplayable on keyboard and mouse.
Almost 1 month old and still not fixed. Another game another waste of money.

i am also having this issue. I just started playing and randomly kratos just stops moving. its not just moving either alot of the inputs for keyboard and mouse are bugged. is there any fix yet?

Unfortunately no, because the devs simply don't care about the PC version. They're just ignoring this issue now.

I've played since the game launched on PC and I played with a KB+M and I have never run into this issue at all. I've even tried using a controller too with an old bobo x360 pad and it worked, but it was just not good compared to M+KB, so I fell back on M+KB.

Why do newbie scum say things like this? Don't newbies realise just because something works for them it might not for everyone. Why on earth are newbies on this thread telling us how perfect their experience is? Do newbies not realise this is one of the reasons they are so utterly hated?

Imagine if this same newbie were a doctor with the same attitude and you went to him and said, "I feel sick", and he replied "Well I feel fine." You'd say to him that no one gives a ♥♥♥♥ how he feels because he's not the one with the problem.

Sorry for the rant, but newbies always say this in every thread about every problem. My theory is that stupid people cannot think, only repeat.

Any updates on this? I've tried reinstalling the game and unplugging everything but still didn't fix the issue.

Seems the known issues/fixes threads do not have anything about this on there.

For those still having issues, I figured out a work around. If you can, make a macro starting with the forward button, "W Down, W Down, W Up" and "play while assigned key is press" I'm using Razer Synapse to set mine. You're macro software may be different, so experiment to find something similar. Works great, no more forward pause, and Kratos moves normally now.
