We have added a fix that allows Atreus to be reset to his default state upon restarting from check point or loading a saved game.

Fun fact: From what i read on mutliple forums, if you use cheats in the game it will cause a lot of troubles for you with bugs xD
I love it that those who try and cheat potentially get screwed with issues xD

From what i read, no way to fix it, either try reloading a previous save / last checkpoint or start over.
If you used or use cheats turn them off and restart your game xD

artreus is stuck

how do you fix artreus being stuck in model mode he wont unfreeze and i cant progress cause hes stuck

Did you use a trainer/cheat engine?
That bug seems to be heavily related to that.

If you didn't, send a support ticket up odds are they might ask for a save file so they can verify if the game messed up or there was an outside source and hopefully create a fix since it would be a gamebreaking bug and not just a normal bug that can be bypassed/ignored.

[BUG] God of War Atreus wont shoot arrows?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Just got the key crafted to open the lower section of the vault and atreus will not shoot an arrow at the crystal or do anything to that matter

My Atreus is stuck in T-pose

While I was doing the Muspelheim challenges my Atreus just stuck on
T-pose in the middle of the fight, and never went back to normal. I can't advance in the game. And when I get on a boat, I can't get out of it anymore, because the O button doesn't appear to press when we're in places where this should happen.

I wrecked my save so you don't have to. This bug is 100% trainer related. I cleared the Muspelheim stuff without a hitch without the trainer enabled, no T-Pose, no bugs, nothing.

Then I went back on a backup version of that savegame and turned on one-hit kills and believe it or not, as soon as one of the enemies went for Atreus the bug started happening as soon as the combat was over. Doesn't matter which Trial, it's always the same result. I even went out of Muspelheim and tried it in the wild, same result.

So, anyone who is experiencing this "bug" be honest about whether or not you used cheats and maybe go back to a savegame that was before you used them. That seems to be the only solution as the "bug" corrupts your savefile permanently.

If you have this bug without using any form of cheats, there's a good chance your savefile got corrupted in another way and the same solution might help you. Just find the point in the game where the corruption happened (it transfers to all subsequent saves and autosaves naturally) and see if loading a save from earlier fixes it. Otherwise your only chance is to restart the game as I don't see or think how Santa Monica Studios is gonna help you here.

There is a known issue when using outside apps to alter the game that result in damaging atreus

So, people have been saying it happens when you do 1-hit cheats or alter his damage.

To fix it, I think you just have to load an earlier save before atreus gets bugged. Hope that helps. :|
