Lore Marker in The Mountain
Hello, I'm missing an item in this region and read that there could be a bug. It's a bit frustrating because I can't find a fix for this. Any solution?

It doesn't help. The area is cleared and searched every nook and cranny. Reports online like on reddit forums mention that there is a bug.
