Should I wait on possible gow trilogy remaster?

Ok, so recently I just finished the original god of war on psx2 on my steam deck and I absolutely loved its bombastic-as-♥♥♥♥ story and combat. Now am debating on whether to either play the game again on god mode, wait until a trilogy remaster is possibly announced this year, move on to the second game on psx2, or even try gow 2018. What would you guys recommend?

Depends on how much you enjoyed the gameplay. If it was a blast for and you can afford the time, just do a second run on an higher difficulty. If you like to go on play the consecutive entry. But just don`t wait for a triology, if it does not come in time, you miss a lot of just waiting instead of going further.

If you already have a way to play the trilogy then do so. They are all crazy good games so why would you want to wait to play them?

Supposedly, the remaster (trilogy plus ascension, etc) is coming sometime in 2025 but I haven't seen any firm announcements about any particular date.
