how to check what idunn apples and blood meads you have?

i know how to check how many i have but i need to know which i have. i have 4 idunn apples and 3 blood meads but i don't know which ones

I mean, I'm not sure at all if its possible to see which/how much blood meads and idunn apples you have, but what I can tell you is that you'd just need to find all Nornir chests(the 3 rune chests). The only thing they give is either blood meads or idunn apples. You can check your map's legend to see how many Nornir chests you have found throughout the realms. If you have troubles finding stuff, I'd recommend either searching for a guide on Youtube or use Map Genie.
