Soft locked on the mountain

Ok I'm new to this game so bear with me. I traveled to the top of the mountain and cut off the head of the guy who was stuck in the tree. I found out that I needed a stone to do fast travel, so the door collapses and I can not climb down. If I go back to the previous stage the dragon's head blocks my path.

Did you try the way to the right of collapsed door? There's a portal there.

Do you need the stone? None of the gateways stay up.

You already have everything you need. That portal is how you progress in the story.
Just go down that way. If the portal is not there, or if it's not working, then your game is bugged. 😕

if you stand where the body is in the tree, turn and face the gate, like in the picture Jorgejunior posted. There is a path to the right that leads to a pile of rocks with a blue light. First check both directions for a wooden chest, then go through the blue portal back to broks shop from there go outside get a boat and go see the witch.
