Stone Falls

[Fullerton]

I have cleared everything in Stone Falls.
However, from the beach, I see a second water wheel with a chain hanging down from a cliff.
I have managed to free the wheel, and when I climb up, I can see a small place with a chest that the chain leads to. I have fired arrows at the red glowing things and freed the chest from the vines.
But I am unable to find a way to this chest. I have searched online, followed videos for collectibles, and walk through of the area, but cant find anything that leads me to the area above the chest where the chain is.
Does anyone know how I can get there?

I reinstalled my game.
You only have to go down, climb to that area and then jump through the wheel to the other side.

That isn't the chest. It is in the background closest to the gate where the chain is.

I thought that was the chest, and I think your instructions were correct, he simply needs to climb over there, jump through the wheel, jump through a water fall then over to the chest. I just left that area for the 5th time playing through. There is more over there than that chest, There is a soul to tell you to destroy Thors other statue, which also has the big gate doors, where Spoiler something else is over there through the gates, also there is another battle area with more rewards near that chest and three other chests not pictured. One of which is tricky because you use a wheel lift thing that goes too far in each direction and have to stop spinning it when it reaches the ground level, then open chest and spin it to the high level shoot the red sap to uncover the other chest up there. If you followed that you are able to figure out what to do.

From this place you jump through waterfall over the top of the wheel climb down the chain at the other end and you are there.

But could you paste it anywhere else? Into Notepad, for example.
Select the link and copy it with Ctrl + C. Sometimes Right-click + Copy doesn't work.

JorgeJunior, Thank you so much for your help and patience. I can't believe how easy it was to get to that chest, nor how I missed it. (I'm still shaking my head over it.)
I continued on my journey, and found myself trying to escape from Hel and then started doing the trials in Muspelheim and running the circuit in Niflheim, which is why it took me so long to get back to you.
