Frozen flames on NG+

I know you are supposed to sell em for 50k, but I've only gotten 1 and I have none in my lost items and I'm about to go to Thamur's rest. Can you only hold 1 at a time or something or do they just not drop even though it sounds like they are supposed to?

LAst i recall you shouldnt be getting them on NG+ since your Axe should be maxed by then.

I wonder how I got the first one then. They really should be giving them to you, I need every bit of hacksilver I can get for these ng+ upgrades. An extra 50k every little bit wouldn't be much, but it would maybe add up to a couple free (ish) upgrades lol.

I've had at least 2 at once in NG+.
Just sell them.
At the start of my 1st NG+ run I sold everything I was not using as you get better versions of pretty much everything you will use.
Especially armour and talismans as you can buy them back if you need to for some reason.

I seem to have only gotten the first frozen and the first chaos flame. Subsequent ones are just nowhere to be found for me. Sucks because I could really use the hacksilver.
