Perfect dodge or realm shift

im trying to realm shift on perfect dodge but i cant do it. I have the Kvasir enchantment since im on NG+. I have watched videos on it but non of them explain when you are suppose to dodge or which direction etc.

Direction? Left, right, behind you... but: it must be a 'last millisecond-dodge'. Means a extremely late dodge

Basically same timing as a parry but tap space instead of Q to dodge out of the way of the weapon.

I think it has a smaller time window than parrying, and it doesn't matter which direction you use it for.

For me it activated more when fighting Valkyries, especially the ones that did those stupid VALHALLA jumps, which has a very punishing timeframe to dodge away. I could even stagger them in this slowed state, although often I am not sure whether they just started a new strain of valhalla jumps immediately, or just continued the previous one.

Don't quote me, but I believe only Rota has the triple Valhalla jump, which Sigrun of course steals for her fight. They each share a movepool and then all have one or two uniques.

Hmmm I'll try but my parry window seems so much larger as in time then the perfect dodge window.

very small window to activate. i recommend getting talisman of the realms. it basically does the same thing but doesn't require dodging. you do have a longer cooldown on it though but i believe with the correct build you can make it super broken.

me personally i just went with the talisman that resets runic cooldowns since you use those majority of the time.

Personally I liked the Aegis that heals you and creates a zone that doesn't interrupt your attacks, but only because it gives the best stats IMO fully upgraded. I barely ever use the power. It's pretty good comboed with Ivaldi armor or Mistbourne Pommel.

I am already using that as my talisman but dodge proc is a lot more efficient and no cooldown.
